Here is an aerial view of Cranbrook that shows that the Library site is inappropriate for the services that need to be housed in a local community centre. The Cranbrook Council Offices site (CCO) is in the ideal location. It's close to a bus stop that is on the route of all major local villages and towns and is the perfect place for redevelopment of the 21st Century Weald Centre

Here is a comparison of the two locations from an aerial perspective. It clearly shows that the Library site when super imposed on the Council site, can be seen as smaller and of an irregular shape and so is not capable of supporting the TWBC idea of using the Library for their community hub.
