These are the plans presented to the Cranbrook Parish Council (December 13th 2007) by Roy Bullock and Rob Coterrill from TWBC regarding their ideas for a redeveloped Library Site. They have cost at least £5,000 of tax payers money to produce.

Roy Bullock (TWBC) has always said he wants to sell the Council Offices site for housing. This has also been recorded at Cabinet level
He claims the site is worth £2.1M
Our professional advisors have told us of the amounts of money a commercial developer would want to achieve to make a profit
The implication being that on the <4000m2 Council Office site 10 new houses would have to be sold for at least £500,000 each !
There is no market for 10 tightly crammed in houses at 1/2 million pounds each.
